Mixed grey is never uniform. Its dominant hues are grey, purplegrey and light brown. Obviously, color intensity varies based according to type. Patagonian porphyry (Argentina), for example,has a grey background color with whitishpink specks, while a Trentino (Italy) variety of porphyry always features a spotted grey background specked with pink and black.
